Return Policy/COVID-19 Update 
To keep our customer, our employees and all the service involved people out of the harm’s way,
KALI HOUSE has updated the following guidelines to fight the battle against Novel Corona Virus.
 The option for Return is provided by respective sellers which are directly under this policy in
terms of which the option for replacement, exchange and/ or refunds are offered by the
respective seller only.
 Products which are listed under particular categories may not avail the same return policy.
 On all products; the policies given on the page of the product will prevail compared to the
general return policies.
 We request to please do refer to the respective item's return policies as given on the product
page for any exceptions.

We understand that Fashion is a category that can variable Sizes. So, to ensure our
customers a smooth and happy shopping experience, we accept Replacements in case of
Size Issues. The company has a standard of measures followed strictly for the convenience
of all the seller and buyers and hence precludes the REFUNDS scheme.

To make the returns as hassle free as possible please adhere to the following three parts. Return of
merchandise will be done only under following cases.
Part 1 – Category, Return Window and Possible Actions:-

Category Returns Window, Actions Possible and Conditions (if any)
 Clothing, Footwear or Fashion Accessories 7 days within Delivery Date
Refunds not acceptable
Replacements Available. It will be processed in case of Size Issue (Only
Jewelry or  Lingerie: Non Returnable


Note -Reverse Pickup Charges will be borne by Customers 100/- or More Subject to Count of
Shipments (refer to Customer Support Consultant at the time of Accepting Return Request)

Part 2 - Pick-Up and Processing of Returns
 If the returnable item is to be picked up from a different address, the address change will
only avail if pick-up service is available at the new address.
 Products will need to be ‘Self Shipped’ by the Customer in case of Non Serviceable Pin
codes for Reverse Logistics.
 SelfShip Charges will be capped at 100/- per shipment.

Following checks are carried out before final pick up for refund or exchange.

 Category Conditions
Unused Product: The product should be unwashed, unsoiled, unused, without any stains
and the quality check seal/warranty seals should not have been tampered
with (wherever applicable).
Undamaged Packaging: Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

 The request for return can be denied by the field executive due to non agreement of the
above terms.
 Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days only after the returned product is
received by the seller.

Part 3 – What makes a Successful Return?
If a case arises where the seller is fails to process a replacement due to any reason whatsoever, a
refund will be initiated on our end.
